If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to reschedule.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
For weekly service contracts, payment is typically due monthly. Invoices will be sent at the beginning of each month, and payment is due within 15 days.
Late payments may be subject to a late fee. If your account becomes more than 30 days overdue, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received.

By scheduling services with us, you grant our technicians permission to access your property and pool area during scheduled service times. You are responsible for ensuring that our technicians can safely access your pool area, including unlocking gates or providing access codes.
If we cannot access your property during a scheduled visit, this may be considered a missed appointment, and you may still be charged for the service.

PLC Placentia Pool Care carries general liability insurance to protect both our business and our clients. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or issues that were not disclosed to us before service.
You are responsible for maintaining your pool equipment in good working order. If we discover issues with your equipment during service, we will notify you, but we are not responsible for equipment failures unless they are directly caused by our negligence.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will work to make it right.
For equipment repairs and replacements, warranties may apply based on the manufacturer or parts supplier. We will inform you of any applicable warranties at the time of service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Termination of Service
Either party may terminate a weekly service contract with 14 days written notice. You will be responsible for payment for any services rendered up to the termination date.
